Rhonda Dracoulis
Rhonda Dracoulis
Rhonda Dracoulis, the owner and artistic force behind RK3 Designs in Seguin, TX, embarked on her creative journey in 2010, turning a passion for painting and “up-cycling” furniture into a flourishing business. In 2014 she was introducted to epoxy and has since become one of the leading educators in the epoxy countertop industry, offering workshops, commissioned projects, and online tutorials via thier very successful YouTube channel. Alongside her husband Kenny, who handles the construction, fabrication and flooring side of the business, Rhonda and her RK3 Designs staff aim to empower others with the skills needed to start their own epoxy business. Her dedication to sharing her expertise will be a highlight of the upcoming Epoxy Mastermind Class, where she plans to guide aspiring artists and entrepreneurs through the intricacies of epoxy design, leveraging her experience to create a community of innovative designers. RK3 Designs is also the largest independant retailer of Stonecoat Countertop Epoxy in the US.
Kenny Dracoulis
Kenny Dracoulis, a hands-on epoxy instructor and co-owner of RK3 Designs, brings over a decade of expertise in fabricating and installing epoxy countertops, shower walls, stunning floors, and more. He adeptly imparts his wealth of experience in an easily understandable and engaging manner. With years of job site knowledge, and a unique style of teaching, Kenny can help even the most novice students feel comfortable and confindent.
Mitch Quist
Mitch has been a cornerstone of Stone Coat Countertops since its inception, spearheading customer service before stepping into the realm of content and project creation from his brother Mike upon his retirement. Through engaging YouTube tutorials, Mitch skillfully imparts knowledge on crafting and pouring epoxy projects for Stone Coat. He collaborates with RK3 on-site, sharing expertise on epoxy finishes, shower wall preparation, and infusing fun and excitement into the Epoxy Pro Classes in Seguin, Texas. With nearly 25 years as a licensed contractor, Mitch has installed over 350,000 square feet of countertops, there’s no question he can’t answer!
Keith McGinnis
Keith McGinnis, owner of KCDC Designs and a seasoned epoxy artisan, transitioned from a 30-year career in insurance to pursue his passion for epoxy resin surfaces in 2019, rapidly establishing himself in the field. His work has been celebrated by leading entities such as RK3 Designs and Stone Coat Countertops, highlighting his exceptional skills and knowledge. Beyond his creations, Keith is committed to education, frequently serving as an assistant instructor at RK3 Designs Pro Classes in Seguin, TX, and collaborating with industry stalwarts like Rhonda Dracoulis and Mitch Quist. Recognized as a “Group Expert” in the Stone Coat Insiders Facebook group—a rare honor among over 85,000 members—Keith’s dedication to excellence and education sets him apart as a valuable resource for both aspiring artisans and those seeking to realize their creative visions.
